The Xscapers Annual Bash takes place at the SARA Park Rodeo Grounds in Lake Havasu City, AZ January 13-21st, 2024.
Make sure to review the camping sections before hitting the button to purchase.
Your ticket includes:

We heard you and we’re introducing Women’s V-Neck event shirts for the 2024 Bash. These are women’s cut and have a nice soft fabric that fits true to size.
Make sure to choose the correct shirt type for during registration.

Standard Ticket

Small RV Standard Ticket
$325 (Save $25)
RVs smaller than 25 feet in length will be placed in smaller sites and will save $25 on Annual Bash camping tickets.

2024 Annual Bash Attendee Ticket
Kid
$25
Kids 6 to 17 years of age. Kids 5 and under are free.
Event t-shirt not included. You may purchase a youth t-shirt during registration for an additional $15.
Includes kids’ activities and access to the Kids’ Tent. Provides access to the venue for January 13 – 21, 2024. Includes access to all activities, entertainment, seminars, and included meals.

Campers must be 18+ unless camped with a parent/legal guardian.
A legal guardian is a person who has the legal authority and corresponding duty to care for the personal and property interests of another person. An older sibling, older friend or friend of the family does not automatically count as a legal guardian. A legal guardian is someone who would be held legally responsible for you by a court of law.

Tickets FAQs
Yep! You must have an active Escapees RV Club membership to join in the fun. And yes, if you are an Xscaper you are also an Escapee!

- More than 60 days to the event: $50 cancellation fee, rest of payment refunded
- 30 – 60 days to the event: 50% refund of full event cost
- 30 days or less to the event: No refunds
- As an attendee, you assume all risk and danger relating to your personal property, RV, and attendance at the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. In the event of loss or theft, no claim will be made upon Escapees, its volunteers, employees, or agents.
- Volunteers may be directing and assisting you in your parking areas. However, it is the driver of the vehicle who is ultimately responsible for avoiding obstacles or dangerous situations and is solely responsible for any damage to one’s property or the property of others.
- As an attendee at this event, you are granting your permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed, and granting to Escapees RV Club the full use of any such recordings or images without compensation.
- By registering, you will also receive occasional email notifications of future Convergences; however, you can opt-out of these notifications at any time.
- In addition to the above, you will be required during registration to agree that you will help provide a safe environment for everyone by complying with our health and safety rules, and to release Escapees from liability should you become ill during the event.
We are all your friends here! However, if you want to park with someone specific, meet off site and come in together so you can be parked together. We cannot hold spaces for people.
You may only arrive during the designated arrival times. We don’t want our hosts and volunteers missing out on the fun to find you a place to park in the dark. If you can not make it in on the designated arrival day or if you know you need to leave prior to the event ending, please contact us so we can try to make accommodations to your situation.
You may purchase an Early Arrival and/or Late Departure Tickets during your registration. You must arrive during the designated parking hours for your arrival date.
Yes, just add them as an additional person when purchasing your tickets. However, they can not bring their own RV.
