XSCAPERS ANNUAL BASH: AN RV EVENT UNLIKE ANY OTHER

If you’ve never been to an Xscapers Annual Bash, you’re in for a surprise! We mean it when we say, “this ain’t your grandma’s RV rally!” There’s something for everyone at this one-of-a-kind event. Start your day off with yoga, a fitness class, or a sports activity. After that, you can join in on one of the many seminars put on by our very own community members covering topics related to RV life including boondocking, solar, remote work, and more!

Nighttime is when things really get started! You’ll experience a party that you won’t find at any other RV event. Dance the night away, sing out loud to one of the many live bands, compete in the Xscapers Olympics, or take your shot at winning first place at a food or drink competition. Bring your best outfit for themed nights, try some craft brews, indulge in local food trucks, and share drinks or ideas with like-minded RVers. There’s no shortage of fun during the week so what are you waiting for? Get out of your RV and get to living at the Xscapers Annual Bash!

The greatest reason to attend a convergence is to meet other RVers like you. Created for the working-age RVer and those with an active and adventurous lifestyle, Xscapers creates a community unlike any other.

We pull out all the stops for this one-of-a-kind convergence and provide as much top-notch entertainment as the schedule will allow. In addition, you will find many spontaneous community-led activities. The phrase “Work Hard-Play Hard” is in full effect at Annual Bash.

You’ll find your fellow Xscapers leading talks on various subjects close to their hearts and in their authority. Topics cover everything from internet connectivity issues, work/life balance, solar power, boondocking, and many other topics that appeal to the Xscapers group.

Get your costumes ready and be a part of theme nights that will transform the Bash grounds. Be the best, or maybe even the worst dressed, and you may win a prize in the process. It’s all in good fun and a great way to make the most out of Bash.

By attending this event, you are agreeing to the following: As an attendee, you assume all risk and danger relating to your personal property, RV and attendance at the convergence, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. In the event of loss or theft, no claim will be made upon Escapees/Xscapers, its volunteers, employees or agents. Volunteers may be directing and assisting you in your parking areas. However, it is the driver of the vehicle who is ultimately responsible for avoiding obstacles or dangerous situations, and is solely responsible for any damage to one’s property or the property of others. As an attendee at this event, you are granting your permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed, and granting the full use without compensation.

Participation in activities organized as part of this event is entirely optional. Attendees are under no obligation to engage in any of the scheduled activities. The decision to participate in any event-related activities is at the sole discretion of the attendee.

Additionally, please note the following regarding certain types of activities associated with this event:

1. Optional Add-On Activities: Some activities have been coordinated directly by event organizers as optional add-ons, complete with specific rates and group arrangements. However, these activities are operated and led by third-party vendors or businesses not affiliated with the event organizers.
2. Off-Site Community Activities: Certain off-site activities are community-oriented and self-led experiences. These activities are not directly hosted by event organizers, and attendees are encouraged to participate at their discretion.
3. Transportation Responsibility: Attendees are required to provide their transportation to and from the event and any associated activities during the event. The event organizers will not be providing transportation services or making transportation arrangements on behalf of attendees unless specifically stated.
