What to Expect
Welcome, families! Annual Bash is fun for adults and children alike. While most of the main event activities cater to adults, our Kids Camp program provides minors with a place to connect and share in fun with their peers. We also provide a kids tent as a gathering place they can call their own.
Family Camping Section
We offer five camping experience options. One of those options is “Family.” So, if you would like to park with other families attending Bash, be sure to choose this option!
Some Annual Bash activities and environments may be considered inappropriate for children.

Adult Supervision & Kid Policies
Due to the nature of Annual Bash, we want to ensure that all attendees have a safe and enjoyable experience at our events. To achieve this, we have established Adult Supervision and Age Restricted Activities & Curfew Policies.
Adult Supervision:
To ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, we kindly request that:
– Guests aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when outside their designated campsite.
– Unless otherwise specified, minors under the age of 18 should always be under the supervision of a responsible adult when attending scheduled activities.
Your cooperation is essential in creating a respectful and secure environment for all event participants.
Disruptive Behavior:
In the event of disruptive or inappropriate behavior by a child, event staff may request the child and their guardian to leave the activity and/or the entire event area (Lake Havasu Rodeo Grounds). We seek the cooperation of all attendees to maintain a positive event atmosphere.
Age Restricted Activities & Curfew:
After 10 PM, all minors (under 18) will not have access to Center Camp or event facilities, regardless of adult supervision. They are encouraged to remain within their designated parking section while under the direct supervision of a responsible adult. Your understanding and cooperation are crucial to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
*At times, the age restrictions may vary depending on the activity and their associated environment. It is important to adhere to these restrictions to ensure the comfort and security of all participants.
Notice to Parents and Guardians:
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their minor children. Appropriate behavior and supervision are the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian and is always expected. Minor children must adhere to all park rules and policies. In addition to our Adult Supervision Policy, we strongly recommend that all minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. Xscapers does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors. Parents/legal guardians may be held legally liable for all acts of the children under their care.
*A legal guardian is a person who has the legal authority and corresponding duty to care for the personal and property interests of another person. An older sibling, older friend, or friend of the family does not automatically count as a legal guardian. A legal guardian is someone who would be held legally responsible for you by a court of law.
